Queues follow-up activity and ticklers

Configurable queue management uses ranges of values to define collector queue, for example a collector works accounts that are 30 to 59 days late, which reside in New York and Rhode Island, and where the account name alphabetically is between Martin and Smith.

Automatically dials the queued account and logs the dial, the time connected, and the result with a follow up tickle.

In-bound calls automatically update call queue.

Pulls accounts from the eldest scheduled call date/time (and unassigned) to the newest.

Allows scoring on accounts and can call accounts in score order weighted by descending balance.

"Never called" enabled order, focus on newly past due accounts.
