All events are coded by class: Promises, Incoming or Outgoing Calls, Letters, Current Excuse line.

Messages and notes are security based, lower security optionally cannot view higher threshold security based information.

Ticklers are manually or automatically placed.

First payment defaults are powerfully targeted.

Accommodates time sensitive planned events.

Allow forcing a designated tickler to remain with a specific collector.

Allows viewing other users' ticklers to aid sick and vacation coverage.
